the location was excellent it allowed easy exploration of key landmarks plus i could leave luggage without charge both before check-in and after check-out i found this so helpful the staff were friendly i thought the air conditioning in my room worked very well.
i noticed a slight plumbing odor in the bathroom it was intermittent and not too bothersome however it was still present.

the hotel location proved convenient, it was close to the city center and shops. i rested during summer heat thanks to this proximity. the hotel's private transfer was prompt, this was particularly helpful given my late arrival.
my room faced a busy street, this resulted in disrupted sleep because there was noise from passing cars. the noise of people walking was high, this reduced my sleep quality .

the staff was genuinely helpful, i found that their assistance contributed significantly to my positive experience. the warm welcome i received set a good tone for my visit. i felt supported and valued.

breakfast provided a good variety of fresh items, it was very good to have such options. the hotel features nice decorations, these features enhanced the ambiance, and marble stairs created a luxurious feel.

the location was very central for activities.
The breakfast room was too close to my room. i was woken up at 6:30 am by staff shouting. there was also constant noise from plates as the pot wash area was opposite my room. This was not a superior experience.

The location was convenient. I easily walked to major attractions (the arena was just a short stroll away). I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast offered many choices. The staff efficiently stored my luggage after checkout.
